END OF SEASON FOR BARCELONA!!!!! https://sofifa.com/comment/8016144615

And and and if my aunty had balls she’d be my uncle.
avatar
He has to trust his right foot a bit more in the box. I know he wants to be in control of the situation, but sometimes you gotta just hit the ball lol. Always surprises me how often pro ballers are this one footed. This is what I've been saying tho regarding Ødegaard: he makes those runs. Just because he isn't a "runner" or quick or whatever, doesn't mean he can't/doesn't do it. It mostly requires good timing and awareness, both of which he's got in abundance. His one-footedness is honestly my only big problem with his game. I think this particular thing is something he can adjust tho through coaching and if the instruction is there that this is what we want to do and how we can hurt teams. And tbf I actually think he's been using his right foot more often these last few games than he's done his entire career, but that may just be me seeing things.
avatar
Off topic This Min Timberwolves team is give me 90-2000 nba vibes, more defense and physical game...this is so nice to see imo
avatar
Yeah this was an L post
avatar
Yeah I mean they’ve been playing victim all season. Bunch of women them lot.
avatar
https://x.com/jeffrey_dalyop_/status/1792602359400477086 I’m surprised he hasn’t been able to do this more over the course of the season. he’s capable of it
avatar
People actually hate us like crazy wtf. It’s to the point where people laughing about a fan who killed himself. Its really not normal
avatar
Meh that was just the standards back then. Even the elite teams weren’t this elite. Like 2012-13 Tottenham came 5th with like 70 something points but might actually be in a relegation battle if they played today. Even with peak Bale.
avatar
Tbf he faced a machine like Pep so I understand the low number. I feel sorry for him a lil bit. Even if he came during the Pellegrini or Mancini era, Liverpool squad back then were extremely poor. I'd go far to say it was even worse than our banter era.
avatar
But he only won those major trophies once. Claudio Ranieri has the same amount of PL titles as him. Roberto Martinez has the same amount of FA Cups as him. He’s not in the same stratosphere as SAF, Pep, Wenger and Mourinho when it comes to trophies.
avatar
Had to be there to appreciate it yeah, doesn’t mean we have to put him in conversations he doesn’t belong in
avatar
if we had these stats, they will call us bottlers, thats all im gonna say...
avatar
Well we have. While last season it was 5p that could have easily turned to 10 if City didn't have CL to worry about, this season it was only 2p. We have gained 5p as well. I don't need to tell you all of this but since you're ignoring it here it is. Usually a non-arrogant fan wouldn't even go out of his way to troll when his team is quite literally in the mud.
avatar
Don't get it wrong buddy, we have progressed, we just haven't won the title. That being said your club had their worst ever EPL finish so find some humility somewhere there in all that arrogance as a Man Utd fan.
avatar
Bro what do you expect? We have progress but nothing to show for it. The trolls will shut up if we win the title but we didn't this year.
avatar
https://s3a.sofifa.net/e2315f74e7012baa1a8b7ba7bb59b55c708ae640.jpg This is the same delusional nonsense we heard from United last May and look how their season turned out lmao
avatar
Havertz LCM is something I never want to see again. He is a CF
avatar
God forbid.
avatar
You believing you can win the FA Cup is more delusional than us expecting Spurs and West Ham to help us out against City lmao
avatar
Ralph you and I both know that League Cup will never wash away the pain of that 7-0.
avatar
Dude they just had their “savior” of a manager question the integrity of the entire club/fanbase and they’re moving like absolutely nothing happened. Downright pathetic.
avatar
Onana has a great mentality i like him more and more tbh in an intrview with Neville he said do not criticize the young players you criticize me blame me they are allowed to do mistakes cause if they do not do it at this age when will they learn ? great mentality tbh and has been better and of course will be more if he is surronded by better players he is one of the rare guys that can take the pressure of playing in Manchester and not fall down from the critsicm
avatar
The worst part is, they’re satisfied with that. Compare that to us a few seasons ago when we just missed out and finished 5th and we were all disappointed with some even calling for Arteta out.
avatar
https://s3a.sofifa.net/b54dba6f67dba9815fd298cd06a36c491e0e02ae.jpg Amidst all the banter, I almost forgot Spurs completely bottled top 4 after doing lap of honours in game week 9
avatar
City had 2 games in hand and we were up by a single point. We dropped 5 points over the last 5 months. We didn’t control our destiny or the title race at any point for the last 6 weeks. We spent the third most time atop the table of any club. That’s just not coming out on top in a title race. Last year was a bottle. Liverpool 13-14 was a bottle. This season was not a bottle.
avatar
It’s like you guys don’t know the meaning of bottle. How in the world did we bottle this season?
avatar
Probably not. What do you think?
avatar
Just saw a Chelsea fan say they had a better season than us and it reminded me about United fans claiming the same thing last year because they won the League Cup. Got me thinking… Would you guys trade this season if it meant coming in 4th place on 69 points, only taking 15 points from 10 games against fellow Big 6 sides and getting smacked by 5+ goals to Spurs BUT we win a League Cup? And why is the answer no?
avatar
Also have to have a backup keeper too.
avatar
My first reaction is always to roll my eyes when I see Alexis, Ozil or Fabregas doing stuff like this, but it’s easy to forget that they spent a significant portion of their careers here and that’s always going to mean something to them. Especially at a club that has always had very close connections with the supporters.
avatar
Always find stuff like this weird when the player was desperate to leave https://s3a.sofifa.net/d858d99c2df1004ee65147faa9e82558ba8b9505.jpg
avatar
I mean that context is just not going to hold up historically though. At the end of the day managers (and players) are judged on their accomplishments. And Klopp comes notoriously short in that discussion. Wenger and Mourinho both coexisted with SAF and both bettered Klopp’s accomplishments.
avatar
qualitatively I think he does belong there the context of coexisting in the same era and the same league as the best manager OAT, nevermind just on this list, is vital here imo
avatar
He might be the most overrated manager of all time. 23 years and just 6 major trophies?? 1-3 in Champions League finals and only 3 league titles?? And this is one of the all time greats?
avatar
Liverpool fans have to cope with the fact that the legacy isn't really gonna hold water. They got bullied by City the whole way through, except 19-20 lol Why do you think Liverpool fans been wanting us to fail the most? It's clear now eh??? Arteta can equalize and he doesnt even have up to 50% experience as Klopp in management
avatar
Premier League managers in their first 8 full seasons. Does Klopp really belong in the same conversations as the other 4? Pep Guardiola: 6 titles, 1 runner up Arsene Wenger: 3 titles, 5 runner ups Jose Mourinho: 3 titles, 2 runner ups, Sir Alex Ferguson: 2 titles, 3 runner ups Jurgen Klopp: 1 title, 2 runner ups
avatar
I can tolerate them to an extent because United historically are the biggest club in England and Chelsea have won big silverware in recent years (even if they’ve paid for most of it like Man City). What I can’t understand is Tottenham fans making noise when they haven’t won a trophy in over 16 years, have only had 3 trophies in 33 years and haven’t won a league title since 1961. Unless you live locally or have family that support them, I genuinely don’t know what appeals to anyone to want to support that club.
avatar
I noticed the influx of trolls so I had to send fire back on the Man U and Chelsea page lmfao. Two teams that are nowhere near us, let alone City, and they're trying to chat to us? Nah, the line gotta be drawn somewhere. lmao Even my cousin a Chelsea fan in Nigeria sending me WhatsApp memes early this morning lol
avatar
If we sign a 9, I reckon Mikel goes back to the Havertz at 8 experiment instead of using him as back up. On paper and in game it should work tbh. He was getting into good positions but the finish wasn’t there.
avatar
Will miss ‘Neny tho lowkey
avatar
The most memorable PL seasons are the ones where they are competitive. Our rivalry with Man United was so good because of the competitiveness. I will obviously be happy if we beat City by a large margin but if they underperform like they did when you won the PL, the question will always be asked “could Arsenal have beat Man City for the title if Man City were in-form?” It will be a bigger achievement if we have another close season but we beat them for the title this time instead.
avatar
Stay mad
avatar
London is red. Havertz was unlocked. Caicedo is not even in the same conversation as Rice who will soon overtake Rodri. Saliba is the best CB in the league with VVD. Unless you’re a City fan, Arteta is better than your manager. Certainly better than that chubby Aussie or the Dutch Poundland Pep. The rest are cap.
avatar
Didn’t we wipe the table last year of London clubs and didn’t lose to any of the “top 6” teams this year. So don’t see how London isnt red, at least atm
avatar
👍
avatar
“Havertz was unlocked” is a fact. “Your manager < Arteta” is mostly true. “London is red” is and always will be a fact. “Saliba is the best CB” definitely can be debated. That means the first letter of each line actually spells out TROPES which means a recurring theme or motif- for example, every season Man United are shite.
avatar
He’s been that for years geez He literally has a guaranteed starting place along with Bellingham

avatar
what’s that no trophy agenda all about? we literally got a trophy this season and the fa cup 4 years ago.
avatar
Almost 24hrs later and the trolls are still here. I’ll see you guys next month.
avatar
Well. That's a shame.
avatar
https://x.com/arsenalbarclays/status/1792478438860689862 Ahh…what do ya know!
avatar
Cedric and elneny alr gone. 2/10 dead wood players cleared
avatar
Didn’t post anything yesterday because honestly, it’s hard to accept coming this far again with nothing to show for it other than stats. We go again next season but part of me actually hopes Man City doesn’t get banned because we need to beat them for the title and for it to be close again- not like when Liverpool won it in the Covid season and Man City had already given up early. Then City can get kicked out the league for the 25/26 season and Pep will take another break from management lol. I’m deflated now but this has been a 9/10 season as far as I’m concerned and hopefully we will make it a 10/10 season next season.
avatar
Personally can't see that much In/out activity for arsenal this summer. Can see one Striker leave but not two. Nelson would be needed in the UCL squad as he qualifies for Academy produced one, especially if yous let ESR & Eddie go. Someone like Hato who can cover LB/CB positions would be sensible and clever, and allow you to spend big elsewhere. Let's be honest, dropping 60mil+ on a Diomande etc isn't necessary when you got Timber, Tomi,White & Kiwior who all can be CB backups
avatar
People are trying so hard to force this mentality narrative lol. That clip is just Rodri being a little bitch like always whenever the opposing team doesn’t play exactly how he wants. 4/6 points against City did not cost us the title, it was gone in the first half of the season.
avatar
perhaps I’d say there’s still a few certain aspects of box play that we lack, and it’s obviously most commonly found in centre forwards
avatar
We do.
avatar
Look, this season was close but not quite there. This Arsenal squad still needs a few signings, so it isn't perfect. Arsenal still need a striker, someone who can be backup to Saka, a left-back that can also defend and run, possibly another CM/CDM, and a new backup GK. These signings should help Arsenal get over the line for a title, and reach that 90+ point tally which is what is required to win a league in this climate with Man City. The team and manager is great, but still isn't the finished article yet. Next season Arsenal just needs to go again and win the league. Eradicate some of these unnecessary points dropped and Arsenal will be on their way to a league title.
