Yeah it is all about identity in my opinion. To me Vitesse sold their identity away with their ownership and deal with Chelsea. I hate what clubs like PSG and Chelsea stand for, and Vitesse is like a watered down version of that but even without the success. What makes you a fan? Is it just the fact that it is the club of your city? I'd much rather be a fan of NEC in the second tier than Vitesse playing European football.
