Disgusting ass club. I don't even understand why the players or fans celebrated like that, its literally the same fucking shit every year. Fucking black magic team, of course Neuer turns into an amateur right in that moment. Just hand them the CL already, its the luckiest entity in the entire world vs the biggest chokers ever. Dortmund could be up 3-0 at the 90th minute and they would still lose. Real can start with 11 handicaped people and would still win. Its just how this works. Not to mention all the fucking robbery that keeps on happening. Must be hard for Barcelona and Atletico having to deal with this bullshit every year.

Man, I don't care if this guy doesn't win any trophies 53 goal contributions in 41 matches are insane, he is deserving of the Ballon d'Or.
avatar
He is the most complete striker i have ever seen
avatar
Unreal player. I actually don’t think people understand how impressive he really is as a total package. One of the great strikers and players of his generation.

As of yet, there's been no confirmation. It's true that Diomande was also selected for the U-23 side of Cote d'Ivoire to face off against France and the Ivorian Federation of Football (FIF) haven't made any comments regarding the conflict that sees Diomande being called-up to Ghana's national team. Although, Knowing FIF and their general lack to communicate on urgent matters, I'm not sure if we'll get any clarification on this matter until it's too late, unless they seek to rectify this issue immediately. That said, it would be a real shame to lose out on Diomande, I likened him as the true successor to Yaya Toure on the midfield and so far, he's made it worthwhile to watch the Glasgow Rangers with his dynamism.
avatar
Ivory Coast might have just lost Mohamed Baba Diomande to the Ghanaian national soccer team. It's unfathomable to think that the Ivorian Federation of Soccer has allowed itself to lose another talent to one of their neighboring nations. They've already lost the likes of Yves Bissouma, Néné Dorgeles, Koffi Hervé, El Bilal Touré, Adamo Nagalo, Adama Fofana and now as of late Mohamed Diomande. It would seem that Ghana may have seen the success of Simon Adingra, a player formed by their club Right to Dream and sought to poach Diomande to their ranks. Here's wishing Diomande success in his international career with the Black Stars of Ghana. As for Ivory Coast's federation leaders, I hope that this teaches them an important lesson to not rest on their laurels. Rather, it would behoove them to build on their future immediately, before important pieces are taken from them from under their noses.

"Retegui was born and raised in Argentina. His maternal grandfather Angelo Dimarco emigrated to Argentina from Canicattì, Sicily. His father's grandparents on one side of the family were also Italian, specifically from Genoa, while the others were Basque." You were right
avatar
People here arguing if argentinian or italian, but what his surname tells me is that he could play for Athletic. 100% sure his ancestor was basque.
