I know hes ir boyfreind but can u just stop with the excuses
avatar
Doesn't deserve the hate. He is still adjusting to a big time move and it doesn't help that he gets poor service and plays in the worst man united side in years.
avatar
One of his strongest attributes is his versatility, i doubt he'd leave after a year. Also, whatever striker we do get is probably a much different profile so it's not like we are directly replacing him either. He's here to stay next season, have you seen Arteta's meatriding for havertz?
avatar
Sancho for 70M?? LMAO
avatar
That’s the point of a rebuild. Y’all are dumb asses. You can’t rebuild and want trophies at the same time.
avatar
His name is more Irish than English
avatar
U can add Oliver Khan and Pierluigi Collina also
avatar
Villa program under Emery has more pull than Liverpool atm... Especially for a confident young player who wants minutes to prove themselves... City/Arsenal have stacked squads and competition for placements... Villa get UCL and they'll be one of the most sought-after clubs for up-and-coming players. We look a shambles right now... FSG should've been investing in players 3-4 years ago when we had the pull...
avatar
Dortmund usually is not the type of team to buy players for large amounts of money, their ethic mostly revolves around young talent with a balanced (German) core. Olise was rumoured for 50 million pounds already last year, doubt he has gotten cheaper. That said Dortmund might need a right wing replacement if they decide to sell Malen. (Rumoured).
avatar
Everyone is such a snowflake damn
avatar
Benteke was brilliant in a rubbish team but it has to be Watkins. This season he has been unreal and I think he could be even better next season.
avatar
Darwin Nunez has 30+ goal contributions in all competitions for Liverpool and Uruguay and Bruno is class but he’s playing in hell
avatar
Exactly the price tag I’d put on him lol. If you want him you better be ready to reset our financial fair play
avatar
Maybe cause he looks like him idk
avatar
Kamara on a free when you signed him I was like what TF is this guy choosing villa for what a stupid move he could have gone to many top clubs but but I see.... The project, that's why he chose villa. You guys have an amazing project and that's a HUGE factor in joining a club these days. I'm a united fan , who's joining us for a project??? More like project "cash" that's the only reason players join us. Money and then boosting their own personal businesses outside of football marketing etc the biggest club in England can market you like no other. Look at the mess our club is in. No project no success. Congratulations man happy for all you villa fans top club. I'm also Irish so always loved villa with Martin O',Neil what a legend UTV
avatar
butterfly effect, Arsenal shouldn't have let him go.
avatar
We are all so happy for villa. My mate Is a villa fan he's buzzing. And I'm delighted for Emery 😂😂😂😂😂 🤌🏽🤌🏽 good ebening Arsenal fans
avatar
did you see their lineup? lol no way they were winning this game if they played it 100 times
avatar
Bro got his PHD in yappology
avatar
Yeah that's why made it out of WC group stage and dominate our region right?
avatar

avatar
Not really the philosophy of the team. That and/or we don't really have the money for it; Sugarmann lost nearly all of his money after 2008 and we've had to moneyball our way to some money. Most of that has been re-invested into the club infrastructure and some signings, I doubt we'd ever sign washed up players most people have heard of unless Ernst Tanner knows of him or has some relation.
avatar
He has 95 pace with 92 agility lmao
avatar
My childhood dream of a team playing against a national team has come true
avatar
he said big games
avatar
Correction: some of our fans are being cocky, Emery is always very humble and never speaks about Villa being title challengers. The players as well, they never say anything about being title challengers. But I'm not one of the cocky ones, never in a million years would I say that Villa is challenging for the title. I would be delighted and very happy if we could maybe get a top 4 finish at the end of the season, even top 6 is a really good accomplishment.
avatar
What have I just heard
avatar
Not saying he’s the perfect manager, but if he gets sacked nothing will change. Injuries will still be there because every department of this club is terrible, our bitch players will still be here, and the rats will still be in power filling their pockets with our earnings whilst increasing the debt.
avatar
All the people saying “he should’ve known better” are nonces. Mental health problems can affect anyone and we hopefully all honestly want to see him alive and safe.
avatar
When one player plays bad, it’s probably the player. When most players on the team play bad it’s the system. A 24 year old player didn’t suddenly regress 3 points overall over the course of 19 matches ( 5 months ) only to come back and have a strong preseason, looking like a completely different player. 79 would be fine, 3 points is too much and definitely the byproduct of angry Leeds raters from their teams shit show of a season Wes was an easy choice for scapegoat for them
avatar
Lol, he was loquacious but a good guy. Hopefully he'll be back again under a different account.
avatar
for real, Imma miss him xD
avatar
yo what happened to the user AVFC? he used to comment prolifically but it looks like his profile was deleted...
avatar
tbh same, even though this new badge has history behind it.... the old badge was unique. Didn't look like anyone else's, and was very aesthetically pleasing as well imo.
avatar
Bro your club is the favorite joke of the entire football fans community
avatar
Supposed pace merchant scored 31 and assisted 25 in the last 2 seasons, this guy scored 9, assisted 6 and missed 41 games due to injuries 💀💀
avatar
Who wouldn't? Everyone knows they've got money, so everybody wants that money
avatar
Having 20 good players when the other 400 are bad doesn’t mean it’s a goos league. Watch it and you’ll see
avatar
Most of Arsenal's players are massively overvalued because they are younger, doesn't mean they are better.
avatar
It was Beckham lmao
avatar
He just had a good season in a top 5 league though...
avatar
Timd will tell. Midfielder are given a lot more credit than forwards, who are mostly just judged on goals (for example players being labeled '007', remember...). So public opinion is not that indicative of a player flopping.
avatar
I don’t get it how every one says that his career is finished. If you’re good enough you play Vini, Rodrygo, Militao and Valverde is examples of it
avatar
Elite negotiating
avatar
Giving an opinion on something they know nothing about. That’s stupid
avatar
Then why say anything if you haven’t really seen him?
avatar
Woke up on the wrong side of the bed huh?
avatar
He can't even write in his own language, so why would anyone trust his understanding of the sport that he supposedly knows so much more about, because he's from the country where some posh boys made the first rules.
avatar
If that's the kind of conversation you want to have, have it with someone else.
avatar
3 years of Arsenal fans mocking Havertz at Chelsea. And don't tell me "that's not true" when every Chelsea fan on here can vouch for the Havertz memes. He's yours now.
avatar
He plays nothing like De Jong
avatar
So this is what Belgians do when they're on their period
avatar
I think you're being too harsh. Moukoko still has promise he's only 18, and they still have decent young players all around. Thiaw is not bad, Armel Bella-Kotchap also has promise even though he got relegated, and I personally think Tom Bischof is very good although that's in their best position. I agree they are unlikely to be a top 5 nation soon, but I think they will definitely be top 15 and can crack top 10
avatar
his family might need the money. let him secure the bag. if he didnt go to qatar he mightn't have enough to live comfortably once he retires. still a shame such a talent was lost, but blame the qataris, not him
avatar
Flag check
avatar
Fairs tbh I say football too when I’m not in the states 🤝
avatar
Well obviously he's an american residing in Qatar so I don't think your insult is really aimed at him.
avatar
Being prem proven doesn’t win you world cups…
avatar
not mine
avatar
There's a good chance Balogan ends up being the best US striker we've had. And I really don't think I'm being dramatic there. He is simply involved in everything
