A lot. Brazilian image rights make it next to impossible. Brazil doesn't recognize any deals with FIFPRO so EA would need to negotiate directly with almost every single club and player. They've already been sued multiple times so the chances of them even trying again is pretty low.

I don't know where you get this shallow ideas from. Just think a little about why Brazilian players have high potential in the game. Most of the Brazilian players get transferred to Europe really young and that happens because European clubs believe in their potential. Evidently, the game knows that and that's why they give those players a huge potential. There is nothing wrong with that. The thing is that there is no Brazilian league in the game, which makes you all believe that all our young players have high potential. Those who have high potential go to Europe, those who don't show a high potential right away stay here and you don't hear about them.
