Senijad Ibričić (Džeko’s godfather, Hajduk legend and Sarajevo from Koševo SD) claims that Džeko promised he would one day try to play for Hajduk. Croatian media goes crazy (very much like Turkish media where we yap at everything, respect to you guys) that he could come to Hajduk after both him and Ibričić commented under Perišić’s post. Things to note are that while he seems happy at Fenerbahçe, he has fallen out of form. Still, Džeko is a highly competitive guy and Hajduk has zero chance (in their right mind) of benching Livaja. Džeko would either have to humble himself, or some falling out would have to happen with Livaja (who doesn’t like to run) for Džeko to come here. Third thing to mention, is that Džeko is kind of a talker I think. I am also pretty sure he’s a Željo fan, while Ibričić is literally the sports director for his rival team. I have almost no confidence Džeko would ever come to Hajduk. If he did, I would lose my mind and probably explode. Anyways, there’s my schizo rumor in Croatian media. God bless you all.

I'm sure I think Bosnia are much better than was under the last terrible coach. I hope Barbarez will do very well as I think you'll be back to competing well in games.

I actually do rate him but he has not had the best season (who has). I do think his stats are a bit weird comparing how he plays for Ajax. He feels way more like an 8 to me than a 6. I know he came as a replacement for Alvarez but he showed this year that he is not that kind of a player. During the beginning of the season he formed a midfield with Taylor and Hlynsson which was way too fragile defensively. During that period Hlynnson was probably the only midfielder playing good while Tahirovic and Taylor were not able to cover the spaces defensively which led to many counter attacks resulting in big chances/goals against Ajax. At this point he got a lot of justified criticism. With the new coach van ‘t Schip Tahirovic started playing better with good games against Heracles, Zwolle, Go Ahead and NEC. He also started getting way more goal contributions in this period. When the winter transfer window came Ajax got two new options on midfield Henderson and Manssverk (back from injury) and Tahirovic lost his spot. From then he mostly played as a substitute and played fine but did not stand out at all. I hope Ajax does not sell him next season because I think he has the potential to become a good player when used in the right way, as an 8 or as one of a double pivot. Before Ajax he just played 400 professional minutes so I think it’s a bit harsh to sell him this quick. This season we never really got to see him from a midfield with Taylor and Henderson but I think that’s something that could work. As for his stats I thinks his shooting, passing and dribbling should be higher (especially his vision, curve and crossing) and his marking and defensive awareness lower (for now). His rating is on point.

he has been terrible the last 1-2 seasons, we will be trying to get rid of him to anywhere we can. and also just wanted to say the previous guys respone is absolutely true he would compete with an old-ass darmian for game time and he will be the only one offering anything attackingwise. inzaghi could switch buchanan to the right but because of our lack of depth at the left side of defense (dimarco, augusto and bastoni for 2 position, inzaghi refuses to use a rightfooted lcb) he will most likely stay on the left since he also likes to cut in on his right. so dedic should pick inter! but inzaghi likes to take it slow at the beginning so he will only play a minor role the first 1-3 months.
