I really don’t get the u23 Chelsea strategy. This isn’t career mode where you buy young players and they all automatically grow to fulfill their potential. In real life it is important for most youngsters to share the dressing room more with experienced players to guide them and take the pressure off them (kinda like Vini & Rodrygo at Madrid). Obviously there are some exceptions like Bellingham or Haaland but that’s rare. Now suddenly Enzo has to carry this Chelsea team all while adapting to a new country with 120mln tag on his head.
