Overhated for a several bad perfomances he made last year where no player was performing well. He needs to improve his decision making, but he has qualities, most evidently in 1 vs. 1, always goes against the defender, usually overtakes him as well. Keep in mind he was a number 10 turned into a LWB early in his career (from pro debut on), forced to go on his left foot when he's right footed. No wonder he performs well for Poland when he can go on his right and shoot. Quality overhated player, currently in a system that doesn't work well for him. He should be playing LW / CAM for some other club where he can be playing with less pressure. Also, a true romanista since birth who always gives his best, therefore shouldn't be criticized so heavily.

I think you have to distinguish these things separately. First of all, the FIGC motivation clearly states that the situation is "unregulated", so where is the law that proved Juve or other teams, for that matter, are guilty of. Secondly, the original case from more than a year ago, already acquitted Juve and many other teams which focused on determination of the player's prices. Third "closing an investigation for a matter of wrong timing" is NOT ridiculous and that only means that the prosecution team did not follow certain codes and rules in the proceedings. Truly a shame for the Italian public that incompetent people are in high places. And for the nth time, prices of players are agreed upon by two teams with the contracts being submitted to the Federation for final approval and registration. If anything this highlights problems with the upper body in not red flagging transfers right there and then.... Enough nonsense.

You could also argue that being able to incriminate them an not the rest of the clubs possibly involved in the same scandal simply because they are on the stock exchange is fairly ridiculous Or the fact that the sports justice department said they preferred to conduct a ‘speedy’ investigation as opposed to a ‘thorough’ one. Or the fact that the mp calling for the initial -9 has numerous times mentioned he hates Juventus. If the -15 stays I’ll accept it and it will be deserved, but I’d appreciate the process to be thorough and fair.
