Mate, I literally watch every game. Palmer and Gusto have been great. Madueke has found form as of late, been incredibly productive, Jackson has 18g/as in his first season, should fix his shooting and continue to grow, Caicedo has been good most of the season but is currently our best player.

Maybe in two years. At the moment Casadei’s not even a guaranteed starter in the Championship and Santos isn’t getting a sniff at one of the worst teams in the league. All this while Gallagher’s been one of the best midfielders in the league, as every top coach would agree. There’s a reason Poch loves him and Klopp, Ange, Howe would dearly like to have him. If Mourinho took charge from tomorrow Gallagher would still be one of the first names on the team sheet even with all of Chukwuemeka, Casadei, Lavia, Santos, Caicedo, Ugochukwu and Enzo available.

It's crazy how if we take away Haaland's goals against worse prem teams than City last season, he would have 0 goals 😱😱😱

Never really understand the agenda against him. Even if he wasn't good enough to be a part of starting 11 he was always good enough to be a part of the squad. Glad everyone can see that now.

Palmer has been FAR better in a Chelsea shirt than Mudryk or Madueke. The only way we'll get a result against Arsenal is outworking them. We simply cannot afford to play Sterling, Palmer, Jackson, and Madueke/Mudryk. Thus, Gallagher starts.

Best teams to start at each position in player career mode: GK : Sporting, Roma and Bayer 04 LE : Newcastle, Porto, Atalanta, Villarreal and Napoli LD : Borussia Dortmund, Crystal Palace and Sevilla ZG : Juventus, Napoli, PSV, Manchester United, Real Betis, Villarreal and Atletico Madrid VOL : Milan, PSV, Lazio and Roma CM : Milan, Girona and Lyon CAM : Feyenoord PE-ME : Marseille and Lille PD-MD : Marseille and Napoli CA : West Ham, River Plate, Tottenham, Real Sociedad, Fulham and Athletic Bilbao

Performing very good considering he’s a make shift left back

He hasn't had much game time unfortunately
avatar
already improved so much. Decision making far better in just a couple months, also looks FAR more two footed too. Full backs cant deal with him. Looks better on the right than through the middle

Of course, a muslim not knowing what rape means

Why change something that's not broken though bro?? That midfield is ticking due to Gallagher and co. He's not my favourite player by any stretch but why drop him?? Things he does enzo didn't do when he was playing as the 10. It's his off the ball work that's keeping him in the team. He has his weaknesses and might not be the most technical player.. since his new role in the team our pressing looks much more organised. I'd go sterling lw Gallagher 10 and Palmer rw and bring on mudryk if things are not going our way. The only player who should play as our 10 other than Gallagher is Palmer but that won't happen because he's playing well where he is so my point is we should suck it up and get use to it until nkunku comes back
avatar
Because those are for the future, we need gallagher today
avatar
He deserves none of it. Best performing Chelsea midfielder so far this season
avatar
I think what makes Giroud a good player is that he is a very systematic player. He plays in a way that can fit tactical systems very well, despite not scoring heaps of goals. What he does is as a target forward is he pins the pressure of defenders onto him, allowing other teammates to score. Hazard even said himself that Giroud was his favourite striker he played with, because he had a lot more freedom in attack with a relief of defensive pressure.

Thanks for loftus 👍👍

For those of you who STILL don't understand Chelsea's strategy in the transfer market.... Have given it a shot trying to explain this all as best as I can lol. Whether you're a Chelsea fan or a rival fan, I hope this helps explain some things to some of you on here questioning Chelsea's plans. Last summer was a complete and utter shambles as we all know. There was genuinely no plan, it was just a mess and quite literally scattergun. HOWEVER. Since then a lot has changed. On the 26th of October, Laurence Stewart was appointed 'technical director to focus on football globally'. On November 15th, Chelsea appointed Paul Winstanley as 'Director of Global Talent and Transfers'. With those 2 working alongside the ownership, the transfer strategy completely changed. We went from signing ready made "experienced" players in or around their "prime". Raheem Sterling (27), Kalidou Koulibaly (30), Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (33) to name a few. To signing players based on an all new way of thinking as said here (quoted from Chelsea website). - "The team’s focus will be on ensuring Chelsea is competitive and sustainable on the pitch, investing in the growth of the sporting department team to identify, nurture and develop talent over the long-term with a modern data-driven philosophy". Signings that very next window including - Enzo Fernandez (21), Mykhailo Mudryk (21), Noni Madueke (20), Benoit Badiashile (20), David Datro Fofana (20), Malo Gusto (19), Andrey Santos (18) & Gabriel Slonina (18). With the aim clearly stated above being followed. "identify, nurture and develop talent over the long-term with a modern data-driven philosophy". On February 2nd, Chelsea then appointed both Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley as 'co-sporting directors'. (From Chelsea website) - "They oversee the entire sporting team, comprising talent, scouting, recruitment and data. Winstanley joined in November last year and oversaw Chelsea’s January transfer strategy alongside the board". They're committing mega money NOW to buy a squad of all these talented players, who under the guidance of an exceptional coach in Mauricio Pochettino, are being invested in to develop into the present as well as future of Chelsea's squad long term. With anyone who doesn't make it? Being shipped out on loans and eventually sold for profits. Look at the signings this window too. - Nkunku (25), Disasi (25), Sanchez (25), Jackson (22), Caicedo (21), Ugochukwku (19), Angelo (18) and potentially Olise (21), Lavia (19). If after reading all of this you still don't have a single clue about Chelsea's transfer strategy? Then I don't know what to tell you. I've given it my best shot lol. Exciting times ahead for Chelsea.

Gallagher can improve his passing but honestly he needs to be respected more look how good he won the ball back today and he did a good job on salah I feel like him, caicedo and enzo would be a class midfield even if Gallagher just rotates he will be important for us.
avatar
Cmon look how good he was today...

Real values; Conor Gallagher - £17 million (a Chelsea version of Todd Cantwell, the biggest risk anyone could take) Malang Sarr - £2.7 million Trevoh Chalobah - £15 million Tiemoue Bakayoko - the worst player in that fantastic Monaco team, Free and 20 quid a week in wages Danny Drinkwater - a basic player who had one trick, hit it over the top for a prime Vardy, have him come in to tell the the U12's about when he was "Gud", pay for 2 of his drinks at the weekend and nothing more.
avatar
why is liverpool paying 50 million when they can get palhinha whos 12 ratings higher and has higher potential for 31m (sofifa value)
