I would say even less. Kdb is an historic player but honestly hasn't had one of the most impressive careers ever. Sneijder is remembered for being robbed a ballon d'or and literally being the best dutch player in a stacked dutch squad that almost won a wc whereas kdb failed with the most talented belgian generation ever, finishing with a very underwhelming 2022 wc performance. In club level kdb has had a more consistent and long career than sneijder but he will be remembered as him like you said and nothing more. Kroos or muller for example, only 2 years older than kdb are much more historic
