SoFIFA's calculator adds modifier to rating. EA adds modifiers to overall ratings to adjust players' ovrs. Some positions get +2 (LB/LWB/RB/RWB) and some get +1 (GK/CDM/LM/RM). Therefore, this player will not get modifier. However, sometimes EA adds or changes the modifier to players' ratings arbitrarily and some may say it's based on international reputation rating.
