The Ultra's treated Lukaku as if he was one of those people who immediately jumped on a bigger and better financial offer, at another club. Inter, of course, is guilty too because they should've honestly said that they needed to sell Lukaku after already being forced to sell Hakimi in the same window. Apparently Inter were in such dire straits at that time but wanted to save face and thus lied or told half truths. All of the above made Lukaku leave on a bad note and he apparently felt that he needed to patch things up with Inter's fans due to a misunderstanding.
