I am actually sad when he leaves in the summer. Been with Barcelona through all the times and never getting any real recognition. He has been a very important piece of puzzle for the team and he has scored the most emotional goal I have ever witnessed. His goal against PSG was the first and last time I had a tear in my eye during a football match. Thank you for that, Sergi Roberto!
avatar
avatar
33 g/a so far for a right winger is actually amazing 83 for now 84 at the end of the season if he keeps it up. He has serious composure in the final third.
avatar
Should honestly win the Balon D'or. Few other players have been as monumentally important to their teams' success this year as De Bruyne
avatar
Not only he's a J. Butler like Jimmy, but he also kinda looks like him lol https://s3a.sofifa.net/a26a176ffca18ba61b2f8ff44af299e68fa12d92.png https://cdn.sofifa.net/players/257/009/24_120.png

They changed his position to RB as soon as he joined a team that play with no RB... Good job EA
avatar
he looks like the kinda guy to say sorry to the defender who tackled him.
avatar
He needs to go to Barca. He's versatile and Barca need exactly those positions / roles that he can play. We need left back to compete with Balde, who is not playing very well this season (because Alba left and he doesn't have competition); he also can play as winger, which definitely wouldn't hurt to have another winger, especially someone who can dribble well; and also I'm quite sure he can play as attacking midfielder - Xavi is looking for left footed attacking minded midfielder for a long time and I really have feeling that Sergio Gomez would be great option for that. On top of that he didn't play (almost) at all this season in Man City, so they would definitely be ready to let him leave on loan with option to buy in the summer. And also that buy option can't be higher than 10 millions (for as much as City bought him from Anderlecht), which Barca probably can afford to pay in the summer (especially if he'll fit well, which I have a feeling that he will).
avatar
Should go to Girona. Same owner as City. Playing as a midfielder and playing Champions League next season. Could be fun seeing a midfield with him and Aleix García.
avatar
Comparing those two to this guy is an insult to them tbh.

He is distantly related to Charlie Chaplin. His Grandfather is the son of Charlie's cousin. Charlie's Grandfather is Conor's great great great Grandfather.
avatar
Would be a starter in Barcelona rght now. He was not bad and I dont get why Barca never played him more.

Should probably stop saying should probably

https://s3a.sofifa.net/123ba097c1ddb112fad9f036ba562b3d495f0c59.jpg Toronto FC tweeted this video of Insigne's goal against Charlotte with the caption "RIDICOLO" which of course means "Ridiculous" in italian... However Ridicolo in italian only has a negative meaning and is only used as a way to downplay something. Quickly, the italian media picked up on this tweet and something you need to know about the italian media is that (like most of the field in the country) are dominated by old people, and they don't really know much english, for example, in a documentary about the nature of italy, the used "my p***y tastes like pepsi-cola" as a soundtrack. Anyway, when they saw this tweet, Mediaset sport, one of the biggest entertainment companies in the country made a tiktok about the situation, thinking Toronto wanted to mock Insigne. https://s3a.sofifa.net/a88c06982f185db6dbd133b5937f933f363a1e00.jpg "The Abjective used was Ridiculous" And let's say that the more accultured italians corrected the news account to say the least: https://s3a.sofifa.net/db0f91496dda1c2b522d1e12dfd9abb3d434f743.jpg "Tell me that you don't know how to speak english without telling me you don't know how to speak english" https://s3a.sofifa.net/0df2a00dc7e8e0b4faf6382db116f070b0212901.jpg "level of english: the pen is on the table" https://s3a.sofifa.net/3afc03ba22cec2d8fcae85da6ff5fd23ffba167d.jpg Level of english: Cassano But they were also some other comments https://s3a.sofifa.net/8192d2323852b0a43e3692fb69da1e9541a1d9ad.jpg "This guy knows english like Insigne knows italian!"
avatar
At least if his problems at Atletico are due to adapting to the Spanish league, he should be loaned to another Spanish club, and Girona is the most appropriate plus if Girona loses Garcia next season at their CDM
avatar
honestly, the first and maybe only squad update that is worth happening just for one player change

Jordan ayew is a player that should’ve been irrelevant like 3-4 years ago but always manages to come up with random moments of quality for you lot
avatar
Been keeping up-to-date with Biuk’s progress and how the club has been treating him, very satisfied with how LAFC has treated him, fair and like the others. I intially had doubts when he had begun heading over to the MLS, because this is not a league many Croats play in, but he could definetly work towards making a name for himself there and I believe he already has in LA, where there are also many Croats.
avatar
Finally someone actually understands and doesn't automatically say his career is over because he is in MLS

Nationality: Argentina

Messi is rarely to be friends with other guys throughout his career. Just a teammate is better.

This guy is one to watch this season. Allen broke out in the league last year and played nearly 1,300 minutes, playing like a veteran starter through stretches of the season. His play also led him to training opportunities in the offseason with English clubs Burnley and Stoke City, and there's no doubt a number of European eyes will be on him this season. It wasn't initially clear if Allen would get the opportunities as he did last year due to Alba returning as the starting left back. However, Miami started preseason off playing a back 5, with Allen playing a left-sided CB role. Early days, but it seems like the club have a plan to get him on the field consistently. Cremaschi may be the big-name prospect in Miami at the moment, but Allen is certainly a great talent to monitor as well.
avatar
Dual Nat, Bronico beating the argentine goat will send him to US
avatar
He's a difficult player to build around. You'll have to tailor your entire left/mid side for him to make him work. You'll need a high work rate LM/LW who will help defending very often cause he enjoys going upfront and is weak physically and defensively. Your LM/LW will also need to prefer to move inwards to allow him space on the outside line where he can shine. You'll also need a good cm/cdm who will focus on marking the left more than the right. Same thing for your LCB. Gala couldn't do that.

Unbelievable how people actually y started recognizing he’s a good player since he left Barça. He was a scapegoat during his time with us and that obviously affected his performances, but he’s always been a good player.
avatar
Well, it wasn't crazy at all back then

Another well deserved award goes to the ravager of Nashville FC 💪🔥🔥
avatar
I don't want to be hypocritical, I really underestimated him at the start of this season because I wasn't sure he could play great with the quality of players in Madrid's midfield now, but he has an extraordinary mentality, he knows he is a reserve player but he works hard and continues to give 100% when given playing minutes by Ancelotti, he really is a massive upgrade from Asensio last season, with him playing Madrid has a lot of creativity and options to score goals 84/88 would be fair for now
avatar
Man is so black they gave him a white background

He has 3 good years to finally show everybody his true Potential
avatar
Really good keeper, saves the Fire nightly just like Slonina did. 68/81 for me, if not higher in both.
avatar
I feel that being Jude's brother makes him underrated if anything. He's 18 and an undisputed starter in a championship side that fights for promotion, which is even more amazing considering how tough of a league it is, probably not the best place for a young talent to develop yet he keeps performing every game, but everyone just talks about his surname. He might not be as good as his brother, but he doesn't need to. Jude is a one in a billion player, made for greatness, but that doesn't take away the fact that Jobe can be amazing at his own way too
avatar
Irish player in Ligue A looks weird
avatar
Nowadays it's a blessing not to be anywhere near the Chelsea roster.
avatar
He’s been getting a lot of experience. Where they are in the table doesn’t do him justice, he’s been making lots of saves and has been hung out to dry by a team that had one of the most goals allowed in the league last year. Not saying he’s been perfect, he’s had his bad moments, but if he was playing for someone with a decent defense, he’d be getting talked about a lot more .

Leroy Sane is arguably the best lw in the world right now btw

The amount of racism against him online is incredibly sad. I once accidentally knocked someone unconscious in a header in a match. Boy swallowed his tongue but ultimately survived with a mild concussion. You feel so powerless during that moment and can only hope for the best. You even saw Brian pray whilst looking a little sick. Now imaging having to go through that and seeing people online calling you out for doing it on purpose because of your skin color. Sad F*cks. People should be held accountable for that... Lad is just 21 years old.
