Why would Neves seriously be one of the worlds best central midfielders, his nowhere near that level can’t even get into Portugal’s poor National team midfield. He performs every 15 games, his match rating is poor his performed against Man United name me one other performance when anyone has been talking about Neves. His a steady player but world class ability no way, he is higher rated than Conor Gallagher who this year has scored 7 goals and 3 assists.
