As I said again, that is precisely the job of an "Attacking" Midfielder. He is supposed to create chances out of nothing and be heavily involved in goalscoring actions whether it be assisting or scoring yourself. It doesnt matter who is playing around you. Palmer is just highly more influential ofcourse. Still as long as hes playing that position he must prodyce the numbers. I guess you can say its early but...

He is NOWHERE NEAR the level of Palmer 😂😂 Palmer is a goal creating machine and can easily score goals. He has very talented attacking players around him as well although young in Neto, Felix, Nkunku and Madueke. If you are an Attacking midfielder you need to generate G/A point blank. Hes not just any midfielder. Hes not a 6 or 8..he is a 10. He has to produce the numbers.

Why did we waste another one on Wiley when Strasbourg could have just signed him instead? Why didn't Strasbourg just sign Penders even considering they need a keeper? That is 4/6 places taken already including Santos. Did the board also know the restrictions come into place domestically next season? Where will all these players they hoarded go? Funny thing is these restrictions are designed to stop clubs from hoarding players and encourage developing academy players, hence the exemption of U21 and club trained players (both those requirements have to be met). Yet this board are doing the opposite.
