Player - David Alaba
Yes Alaba is not a cb tbh no positional or situational awareness only his good character has allowed him to retain his place in the XI but moving forward Militão, Rüdiger and even Tchouaméni should be ahead of him in the pecking order
Team - Germany
3-4-2-1
GK: Manuel Neuer
Came back from his ski accident suprisingly well eventho everyone thought it was over for him so I'd say he's in goal
Backups: Marc-Andre Ter-Stegen, Oliver Baumann
Ter-Stegen plays a good season for Barca but simply the fact that Neuer has been consistent again on top level after his injury probably puts him below Neuer in the pecking order.
Baumann is a great third choice, he's been the best german Bundesliga GK behind Neuer for a few seasons now.
RCB: Antonio Rüdiger
Very bad for the german national team so far but maybe he can finally get his act together and perform.
CB: Jonathan Tah
Plays a great season with Leverkusen and has been in the national team before
LCB: Nico Schlotterbeck
Great carrier of the ball, can hopefully also overcome his proneness for errors, atleast has a better season than last year at Dortmund + the national team so far
Backups: Waldemar Anton, Malick Thiaw, Niklas Süle
Anton for his amazing form and passing ability out from the back, Thiaw has been injured for a long time but if he's fit he should probably go, Süle because we need someone and Hummels is too slow
LWB: Maxi Mittelstädt
Has a fantastic season with Stuttgart, solid as a rock defensively as well as in the offense
Backup: David Raum
Lacks the defensive capabilites, eventho his current form is okay-ish
RWB: Benjamin Henrichs
Good passer, decent forwards and backwards
Backup: Josha Vagnoman
I'm fast as fuck boiiiiiiiiii
CM: Toni Kroos, Anton Stach
Kroos has to play now that Nagelsmann accepted his return to the national team. He's still in top 3 best passers in the world but lacks physicality and defensive ability. Anton Stach is a physical beast and can cover for Kroos defensively. He honestly has to play as well. A hard worker that runs his ass off, has insane tackling and interception stats for a midfielder.
Backups: Ilkay Gündogan, Pascal Groß, Robert Andrich, Joshua Kimmich
Gündogan, Groß and Kimmich are okay at best when it comes to defensive play and should be seen as Kroos alternatives, Andrich being the light version of Anton Stach. If you put any of these next to Kroos, our midfield will be made of paper. None of these players except for Andrich is physically strong and a good ballwinner.
CAM: Florian Wirtz, Jamal Musiala
Pretty obvious choices, don't feel like there's much to explain. The two best attacking players Germany has that aren't outright strikers.
Backups: Leroy Sane, Thomas Müller
Both are decent and reliable, you know what you get.
ST: Deniz Undav
Fantastic season with Stuttgart, he also really wants to play for Germany which is what you love to see. Very good with link up play, physical player, good finisher
Backup: Niclas Füllkrug
Basically Undav but his numbers aren't that good compared to Undav (he's still pretty good)
Player - Takefusa Kubo
Hes so average honestly. Players like him are a proof of how trash this generation is. The simps can’t deal with the fact that they have really small brains that can’t cope with the fact that football is becoming less and less about talent and more about social media and selling ideas (like the idea that Kubo’s generation is good). They are attracting the low IQ simps to the sport and ruining it. 76/82 (real ratings) but probably will end up in Yokohama Marinos or some other shit club by the age of 26.
