I think this potential system EA got is ridiculous. Some Players who's 26/27 doesn't even have potential in this game, But In real life the majority of players, especially CB's don't tend to hit their prime until they are 31-33 y.o. Kim has just made his debut in UCL and in a top league, it's reasonable that he'll keep growing and growing. I'm convinced from the 6-7 games I have seen of him that he'll develop alot, he's still very raw. So +8 isn't too unrealistic, it's EA's potential system that isn't realistic at all imo

Xavi made him into a good center back, so far so good plus he hasn’t made many mistake so far. His ball progression and positioning have been superbly well especially his timing.
