I mean it's not bad or racist to admit that nationality doesn't equal ethnicity. They are french nationals obviously, but they are absolutely not ethnically french. Since most european countries are Ethno-states (meaning that for example Greeks lived in Greece, Germans in Germany, Spaniards in Spain) the denonyms of f.e. French, English, Dutch have a strong connotation with ethnicity and NOT nationality. So yes they are French in terms of nationality but not ethnically, so not really french. It's like if you saw a white person in China, born and raised there, you wouldn't call them chinese. In the Americas things are different of course, like in the US and Brazil the law of the soil matters in the common conscience as well, not the law of blood.

EA really needs to introduce a probability mechanic with potential. Havertz COULD become an 87 rated player one day. He's young and he does still have some quality, but the chances of that actually happening are incredibly low at this point.
