Klopp couldnt learn these guys how to waste time for 9 years when we are leading, but all of a sudden VVD and Ali showed the world how to do it today for 20+ minutes...YEAH WHEN WE ARE DOWN 2
avatar
Why would anyone even come to Spurs page? City, I get it, Arsenal, I get it, Chelsea, I get it. But Spurs? Just why?
avatar
I expected nothing and I am still disappointed
avatar
He does that a lot.
avatar
Alisson wasting too much time before playing the ball…
avatar
That clip of Sporting pulling them apart, we could still do that to them around the halfway line. They are there for it. As said below. The movement is better than the last few matches, not quite enough to open up enough passing lanes here.
avatar
Macca’s already in the six.

I just created this account to reply this. I know Real Madrid better than anyone from this site because I speak spanish. And yes you are right. Real Madrid is a plastic club, but their "plastic prime" was in the 50's, now, what we think about PSG and City is what people thought of Real in the 50's. People, uneducated and deceived, think that they are supporting "real" football when they are supporting Real Madrid instead of Man City, but, leaving aside that this side plays as a mediocre team from 2nd league, Real Madrid is a state club that has been overprotected and justified during its entire history: State "help": https://www.lavanguardia.com/deportes/real-madrid/20210301/6261751/real-madrid-florentino-perez-galacticos-torres.html https://www.epe.es/es/madrid/20231122/nueva-denuncia-cuarto-frente-judicial-aparcamientos-bernabeu-94917595 https://www.infolibre.es/economia/bruselas-reabre-caso-supuesta-ayuda-ilegal-18-4-millones-recibida-real-madrid-ayuntamiento-ruiz-gallardon_1_1399604.html https://www.vozpopuli.com/economia_y_finanzas/real-madrid-ico-confinamiento_0_1415559996.html (13 times more money than it was entitled to, and then requested €8M from European funds for Real Madrid TV) This guy was under investigation for state issues, he was a somekind of "police" (but at a higher level) who worked for the state. He said that he found on his researches something that suggested Madrid could have influence into the refs just like Barcelona: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60QMDa5vrqA Florentino audios where he says that he has to do the now called "socialogical madridism" (and yes that's what they do) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5RVi19O7xrQ this guys brings some examples of this: https://twitter.com/cristhianatm03/status/1741901671947444318 Basically, when Madrid does something they are the goats and they are doing great, while if other team does the same it's bad and rubbish. One example named in the video is that A. Davies "should" have a decision between Bayern's "money" and Real Madrid's "glory" while Madrid spends more money in players than Bayern and Bayern also has glory. "Oil money" but Real Madrid collects 70 million euros annually from the petrodollars of Fly Emirates of the United Arab Emirates and has just signed a contract to build a Madrid-themed amusement park in Dubai. Yes, "it's just a sponsor" but they are still having benefits from "oil money" just like City, in some kind they are also a "oil club"... isn't it? Real Madrid is the biggest delusion in the history of football, and we consider them great. I support Liverpool in England because I feel represented more with them than with any team in Spain, especially because in Spain they only want Madrid to exist. I cant support a team like this. Fortunately or unfortunately you do not have to deal with the average, provocative, arrogant and stupid Real Madrid fan that we find in Spain. But as a speaker of both languages I can assure you that both city and its fans are not as annoying as they may seem, specially if compared with Real ones. Almost everyone in Spain is a Real Madrid fan, and they are really low IQ, arrogant and stupid. They are just reactionary, if Mbappe does bad against Barcelona he is garbage, if he doesn't and scores he is the best in the world, future balon d'or and must be in Real Madrid next year.. Sorry for the big text mate!... but it was jus to add more to your initial and correct comment!

We’re the only big 6 side left in europe (we’re still getting eliminated tomorrow smh) https://s3a.sofifa.net/ab4d977d77e0bddfdb8b41833ade23f4898e4388.gif

Don't give a shit👍. As long as your miniscule fucking tiny club is out of Europe im happy😍

https://twitter.com/_Zeets/status/1780716968644911456?t=u34ZyoWjfF7KJmq7lQC7sg&s=19 why is this so true man😭😭😭
avatar
He only received racism by one or two fans but he cried and wanted a whole stadium banned, yet he doesn't want to acknowledge his absolutely despicable behavior on the pitch. Rodrygo is black, Bellingham is black, Rudiger, Militao, etc. There are many black players in real Madrid, let alone la Liga, why is Vinicius precisely targeted? Something to think about
avatar
Watching Arsenal fall apart over the next month will be enjoyable.
avatar
Arsenal are going to be depressed for the rest of the season, City are going to be motivated. It's a "I've won but at what cost" situation
avatar
Real Madrid’s aura needs to be studied. I have no idea how they get dominated every season, and still win.
avatar
Now that City can't win it, the UCL has suddenly become more interesting.
avatar
Yes they are, still wanted City out.
avatar
We're looking like a small team ngl
avatar
European football is a different breed of football, you've either got it or you haven't 👍
avatar
Yeah you lot and united can troll us, but this midget club havent even won single european trophy and yet they are on our page trolling after every game. Needed some humbling
avatar
Hard lines lads but some of your users needed this humbling tbh! Now we can troll eachother for being bottle jobs until next season 🍼🤝
avatar
These cocky fans got what they deserve
avatar
This headloss is hilarious but also suggests the reason why we as a fanbase are so hated that even I hate u lot lol. I can never understand how on the very rare occasion that we lose, the first thought is that we don’t have character or we’re bottlers or whatever, as if we had character we’d win every single game in a season and it would be impossible to beat us. No one actually comes up with any half decent analysis on the games other than all our players should be sold and our manager sacked. Losing to Bayern in the CL is tough, but it really ain’t that deep. Quite literally every loss is taken as our players are shit and our manager is whack, then u lot get visibly upset at other fanbases saying the exact same thing u say. We are still a really good team, sometimes we just come up against a style that can beat us, there’s nothing wrong with admitting that
avatar
- No European pedigree - known for bottling trophies - forced to sell their best players coz those wanna win trophies - irrelevant in the league for 20 years - has never won any European piece of silverware in 137 years
avatar
Arsenal fans got too cocky when they struggled to beat Porto. all those fans saying "pray for bayern" must be regretting their life choices
avatar
I saw a dream last night. Gakpo scored a goal around the 70th minute and gravenberch grabbed a second just minutes later. Game ended 2-2. Even my dreams are pessimistic ffs.
avatar
Yeah, he's done, no way you could look at him and say he was of the required standard to play for Liverpool. The Atalanta game last week was the final nail in his coffin, better off getting in a younger LB and gradually phasing Robertson out.
avatar
Arsenal just aren’t build for this.
avatar
Arsenal bye bye👏👋👋. You aren't a European side. Stay in your lane.
avatar
pRaY fOr BaYeRn btw 😭
avatar
Never forget the great March-April influx of arsenal fans on this page giving it the big’un. Warra trophy this season

avatar
City deffo going back for back but at least we get to troll those unbearable twats.
avatar
I think some fans are going a bit overboard with Edward’s’ return because he’s not returning to the same role and he’s going to be employed to oversee football operations for FSG and not necessarily for Liverpool. This Hughes bloke has got big shoes to fill - I’m not looking forward to the post Klopp era and I think we will struggle more than what people think.

Borussia Dortmund winning the Champions League would be crazy.

Leverkusen success overshadowed them

Generational. Almost one year out by injuries being a 19 yo in the best moment of your carrer (so far) and comes back like this. Leading his team in the biggest season of it's history and being statistically amazing too. Future Ballon D'or winner
avatar
He has what I called the Drew Brees mentality, not because of any injury but the desire to prove everyone who didn’t believe in him, wrong.
avatar
Conor Bradley is 3 weeks so nothing bad for him, that's good for once.

Here to another 30 years of pain 🍺

A wise man once said "Don't argue with Arsenal fans just wait".
avatar
Macca and Endo are completely knackered, hope Bajcetic and Gravenberch can step up for the next few games.
avatar
Ive seen people on twitter talk about it and they're absolutely right endo has been overplayed recently and it shows. Hes perfoming like he did at the start of the season again. We have no defensive cover. Either play macca there or its time for bajcetic to come back into the starting lineup. Even for 60 mins that would be enough.

Surely Xabi Alonso wins manager of the year, especially if he goes unbeaten, which seems likely so far…
avatar
Just read this title was Leverkusen's FIRST EVER TITLE of Bundesliga Champion since the club exists (120 years).. Wow, it makes this achievement even better than one can possible imagine! Props to all their fans, this is loyalty at its finest 🤩

What a team! I've watched quite a lot of Leverkusen matches, so I will try to give credit to most players. Hradecky: Very solid this season and very underrated. Barely made errors and very consistent. Kovar: Stepped in for smaller games allowing Hradecky to rest. Showed why he will be B04's number 1 in the next years with some great saves. Kossounou: Ideal RCB in their back 3. Good dribbling allows him to move up the pitch creating more space in midfield Tah: The rock of the defence. Their last resort. Good passing and always has is willing to tackle and win aeriel duels. Tapsoba: Another defender that suits their system. Overall very consistent and helps Tah out. Stanisic: Made Kos's AFCON absense feel like nothing. Great squad player and plays great in unfamiliar positions. Hincapie: Perfect LCB with his left foot. Overlaps Grimaldo to join the attack to create options. Solid defending too. Frimpong: Runs up and down that right-hand side. Beats his man constantly to give crosses. Scored 10 goals so far. Andrich:Came in the second half of the season and provided that defensive assurance in midfield.Clutched goals too Xhaka: Missing piece from last season. He's the engine of the team. Plays every second of every game and doesn't put a foot wrong. His transitions and passes break lines allowing chances. Grimaldo: The player that no one can replace. He captains that left side of the field. His crosses and set pieces are dangerous Tella: Allows Frimpong to rest and it doesn't even feel like a downgrade. He defends well despite not being a defender Palacios: Perfect balance you want in a midfielder. He has that elegance on the pitch. Can attack, defend, dribble, pass Hofmann: Makes runs in and out wide. He's everywhere. His set pieces are also a threat. Wirtz: Best player in the Bundesliga despite being 20 and coming from injury. His dribbles and passes are different gravy and he has that aura of composure that make him difficult to stop. The real wizard. Boniface: Uses his physicality to ward off players and drop down. One-two's and then makes a run behind. Unfortunate he got injured and it was evident the team missed him. Adli: Had a rocky start but has been improving ever since. His blistering acceleration has been hard to defend against Schick:If there was an award for the most clutch player,it would go to him.Always there when Leverkusen need a goal Xabi: Young and unexperienced, he took this squad fighting relegation to an unbeaten season with tactics that were never seen before. Bravo to him.

It could if city receive their deserved punishment
