Managed to Amass a lot of potential

I can’t tell whether Lopetegui is an idiot tactically, or whether our players are just clueless in how to press teams. You can’t press a team unless you’re compact, the issue is our front 4 was like in line with their back line, so pretty much the onus of completing the press fell on Alvarez and the full backs, sometimes even one of the CBs - you can’t have those players pressing all the way up to the opposition’s backline ffs. All 3 goals were conceded because of that.

1. His dad is Serbian, of Montenegrin descent and his mother is Spanish. His dad played for Celta Vigo, where Stevie B was born and grew up. He was signed when he was 16 because he was a promising youngster 2. He is a promising youngster and was one of our best midfielders last season. However, he sustained a massive injury and then some other minor setbacks on his road to recovery. Klopp thought it’d be best for him to fully recover rather than rushing him back All this will make sense next season

Can't wait to see him play again this coming season. Insane talent, don't forget his name.

Congrats Southampton! Great to see you back in the Prem again!
avatar
Congrats lads, I must admit I waned Leeds to go up, but Southampton is an admirable and respectable club with actually decent fans in English football (rarity). Hope you stay up! Also I’m happy for Watts :)
avatar
Jokes aside, hopefully Ramsdale can find a club in the summer where he can get consistent gametime because he’s too good to be sitting on the bench.
