Finally can get Pogbas contract terminated. To think La Joya was let go for him :(
avatar
You will score with an unexpected player as always in the derbies, Danilo, Gatti, Bremer, Weah someone like that
avatar
Let's talk quietly: Allegri woke up from a long bad sleep, but how could it happen? How could a coach of his experience ignore the amount of benefits you can achieve from having a higher barycenter and more specifically applying a man marking pressure? This a part, I've jump from the sofa like I didn't do for long, when Vlahovic stopped that super long ball from MC, made a body feint, and place the ball in the low corner with his weak foot. We may not even win the scudetto (Inter is scaring), and have to wait 7 days to see Juve every time, but this can really bè the reborn season, who believe this?
avatar
If we buy someone in January to replace Pogba, who do u you think it will be? I wouldn't mind Samardzic
avatar
Defense looks much less shaky without Alex Sandro, what a shock
avatar
And actually, many solid player find his place on the wings a little bit closer back to defense, so not really even as a midfielders/attackers but as wingbacks or fullbacks. It’s always Young and Valencia who came to my mind for some reason. Both weren’t fitted as a modern attacking wingers but both were solid and they find their place a little bit back for another few years. If McKennie has the intelligence for it and can understand the position, I think he can do well. It’s funny, because some years before it was the midfield which collected these simply solid players, even before the cenfral defense for some hard tackles. Now it’s the wingbacks with their new using way.

https://sofifa.com/player/13229827/dean-huijsen Did this one a few days ago when it was announced he'd be a part of the first team. I think it's realistic but knowing EA it could be as low as a 60 for ovr and like 79-82 for potential. As for Gonzalez, honestly idk enough about him to do it justice
avatar
Based on what I have seen from them, I would say about 63/85 for Dean and about 64/82 for Facundo right now. However, I think EA will give lower ratings. I expect about 60/82 for Dean and 61/78 for Facundo.
avatar
The trio of Cambiaso-Chiesa-Vlahovic is working so well.
avatar
Chiesa is just world class. Difference maker
avatar
Cambiaso is a fucking beast
avatar
Ahhh now I see why weston was not sold... he'll be our substitute for RWB lol
avatar
No fan wants this move to happen.
avatar
Hahahha exactly, it was so unreal
avatar
as if the lukaku scam wasn't enough lmao
avatar
Yeah but I hope it's not at the expense of Rovella. It'd be a shame to lose Rovella.
avatar
Yes man! A partnership with him and Gatti would be amazing, they would fire each other up, and hopefully they push Bremer to become the beast we all see in him, with there fire and with help of the experienced Danilo leading them from the side or on pitch And Rugani, showing them how to love The Old Lady unconditionally, stepping up when needed and always fighting for the club
avatar
I really like the name of Pavlovic, seems pretty much what we need at LCB to take Sandro's place
avatar
If we stay with 3 back line then I want to introduce two new names: Strahinja Pavlovic, SRB (2001) #31 A, 194cm tall, left footed Central Beast with a natural warrior instinct. Defends with all he got, Great heading skills. Proper nr. 3 Manuel Lazzari, ITA (1993) #29 Experienced and very Quick player with Good crosses, also italian. He seems out of the first team because he’s not so Good with 4 back line, i think would be a great opportunity for him to regain his form, espacially as RWB/RM (which was his position at SPAL), competing with the talented T. Weah.
avatar
Giuntoli officially joined. Good step in the right direction in management. He has his work cut out for him and this season will probably be mostly dealing with offloading the deadwoods and I trust that he'll do the best he can.

When Juan Cuadrado joined us for the 15/16 season, I was not convinced. It was a time when Chelsea was unloading so much of their squad it was unclear whether we were just buying surplus or underappreciated talent. We'd seen him at Udinese and later Fiorentina, even then he did not impress that much. 8 years later Juan Cuadrado leaves as a club icon. There was a problem at Juve when Cuadrado joined. We had wonderful wing backs, but no wing had that flair that could beat someone in a one-on-one battle. That creativity and flair was certainly missing. Cuadrado in his debut season showcased exactly what Juve was missing. That incredible flair, technical ability, to beat his mark every single time. Cuadrado was easily one of the most underrated dribblers. But so was passing abilities and it was no better during his time with Pirlo, where registered 20+ assists. But it was not his quality that was well met. But dedication to our cause. Juan Cuadrado had never felt the love at Chelsea, nor arguably at any other cause. But we Juve fans, gave him that love. Was it because of the insane goal against Bayern Munich in his debut season? Score from tight angles, time after time? Or those incredible dance routines that became viral? Even when Sarri asked Juan to play as a right back, there were no qualms or quarrels. Just obedience and a desire to learn and grow. He was 31! He should have been focusing on refining his position but no, whatever it takes for the cause. I'm not going to lie; I'm going to miss him immensely. The positive attitude, the grit and desire to help the team. It'll be missed. Of course, we'll miss those killer dance moves too! Juan "Panita" Cuadrado, it's been a joy. Thank you everything in the last 8 years. I hope you do something amazing after football. Gracias Panita https://s3a.sofifa.net/120413bfe39601ed16d798f8771c243c3dda252b.jpg

Get him in, that’s all I’m thinking 🤣

Selling De Sciglio and buying Castagne would be something!

Hi my friend, I hope you are doing great! I can see your points and I agree with many things. For me what I saw and felt, Allegri’s football peaked somewhere in 2016-17 and 17-18 - and the 18-19 was mostly also outdated. The Atletico Madrid second leg showed perfectly, apart from the score and the situation, the team had enough stability on it’s own, they should have been a more attractive, more attacking and more creative side back in then all in all for the whole season. I remember for a lot of case when they wasn’t able to find Ronaldo, not in the box and not even in transition or in play, and his statistics also show this. We can say that it’s because a new team after a long time, new league, completely new style, etc, etc. but for sure he would have been able to produce the numbers of 19-20 and 20-21. In 2019-20 the squad was already weak, some previous and older Allegri players started to get injuries constantly, some of them declined in anyway and the new signings wasn’t effective enough back in there. I still think that the Sarri style was already better for them, but all in all the team wasn’t that strong anymore, all of a sudden Inter started to build a better squad which they finished since that. And not to mention that Covid was a huge effect. Before Covid in January they looked like finally achieve their best self. After Covid it was all over chaos, Lyon lost, Lazio lost, and the season gone and Sarri as well. Yeah, I totally agree that we shouldn’t judge Pirlo with maybe an even weaker squad and for that time, we were able to see that Inter simply built a better team with a greater squad as well.
avatar
It’s hard to believe all of this after 2018-19. I mean he deserves a lot of praise for all the success he achieved in Italy (even if we have to mention that Italian club football with his big teams as well was in a funny situation between 2012 and around 2020 - this was the period when the PL and La Liga really stepped ahead) and for 2014-15 and 2016-17, but it was clear that his football wasn’t progressive enough for that final step. And now it’s clear that they have to make a step ahead for something new, like the other teams did, but they are still stuck with Allegri. They can already lost some players because of this, players that should have been key players under a different manager. It will need further more years even under a better coach to replace all of these and to sell those who belonged to this project. The squad situation already hurt them in 2019-20 and 2020-21.
avatar
he's such a great backup striker I don't understand why they can't buy him
avatar
Unbelievable... I expected it would happen, €7M is also a relatively low fee. In my opinion a big mistake.
avatar
Honestly have said the many times ago: Locatelli gives his best as mezzala, he makes simple but effective things. I think he's the "perfect" Rabiot sub, less physicality, more creativity, vision, passing, shooting. Next year midfield should 100% be Fagioli - Rovella - Locatelli. Rovella played the umpteenth good performance against a big team: he runs for his teammates, find free spaces and ask for the ball every time, doesn't feel the pressure, always try to find the dangerous pass in the offensive phase. Honestly, I wouldn't buy a single midfielder for the starting 11: Fagioli as RCM, Rovella as CDM, Locatelli as LCM. This, with Miretti as Fagioli sub, then we should think about the other subs.

Season ratings below, note that some players I put N/A because they didn't play enough. Curious to see what everybody's ratings are. Goalkeepers: Tek - 7/10 Perin - 7/10 Pinsoglio - Not applicable Defenders: Danilo - 7/10 Sandro - 5/10 Bonucci - 3/10 Bremer - 8/10 Gatti - 6.5/10 Cuad - 4/10 Rugani - 6/10 De Sciglio - 4/10 Barbieri - Not applicable Midfielders: Loca - 7/10 Fagioli - 7/10 Rabiot - 7/10 Kostic - 7/10 Paredes - 2/10 Miretti - 3/10 Pogba - Not applicable (could be 1 lol) Illing-Jr - 6.5/10 Soule - 5.5/10 Barrenechea - Not applicable Weston - 3/10 Forwards: Di Maria - 6/10 Vlahovic - 5/10 Milik - 5.5/10 Kean - 5.5/10 Chiesa - 5/10
avatar
Allegri thanks for the memories, but it's time to go.
avatar
He's gotten so good at that this season... he lost his mojo
avatar
... Dusan or any other striker for that matter rarely get the quantity balls to make the shots they need to score goals. The issue id in our play. Max is simply trying to shift blame
avatar
The attack already had a lot of problems in 18-19 under him. It was painful to watch even then. And with a really good Ronaldo, who even tried to do more in the new team because there wasn’t that much fluidity and there wasn’t well known players around him. The second game against Atletico in that season was already thanks to the individual performances, in attack Ronaldo, Bernardeschi and Spinazzola coming from deep and in the back Chiellini had an immense presence.
avatar
Totally understandable, watching this Juve play seems like a waste of time sometimes.. I’m still going to the stadium, but cutting time out from studying just to sit on the couch and watch Allegriball isn’t worth it. Good luck with your exams bro!
avatar
Yeah I blame Allegri for that. It's unnecessary for a mezzala to play so high. To me it tells me he doesn't trust him enough to play a true CM. It also creates bad spacing and confusion for our striker. I feel like whenever Fabio plays, there's a clear disconnect.
avatar
Soule did a very good game apart from the miss. Created a great chance for Iling, is a great dribbler and a very creative player. Will have a very bright future. Him and Iling must play more, but both need to improve their finishing.
avatar
Lmao, imagine this happened to Napoli.. we would hear about it for decades
avatar
if u don't score you'll concede, football universal rule and it doesn't make an exception for us
avatar
Go worry about making top 4 you has been
avatar
Got the win stolen from you twice tbh.
avatar
As soon as I saw the second disallowed goal, I knew we were gonna lose the game.. One of those football things that you can feel coming
avatar
Pessimistic take We’re gonna win fuck all playing like this I see a lot of people not caring much for EL and just happy we possibly got top 4 back…. But I really want this trophy
avatar
You have no idea of what you are talking about.
avatar
Nel Percorso's secret lover is Juventus. He just hasn't realized it yet. Let's give him a round of applause for consistently being present here.
avatar
Can’t wait for Rovella to join the squad! Instead of Paredes. Wish we still had Dragusin 37 I liked the belief Pirlo had for him Tall strong and fast
avatar
Gatti's passion and celebrations after tackles/duels is like Chiellini. I love it 💥
avatar
Just woke up the fucking neighbors
avatar
At least we are in the semifinals. We need to play better.
avatar
sevilla did more for us than we did for ourselves today, anyways we have taken those all season no way we dont today. napoli sunday (we will most likely lose) and inter wednesday(must win), big games following up!
avatar
Just saw Dybala 89th goal for Roma in the Europa. I really wish we still had him.
avatar
Not hating but you guys played like a small team against Sporting. You were defending with 11 players in your own box during the whole 90 minutes of the game. We were superior in both games but failed to score our chances and now we suffer the consequences. GG anyway.
avatar
Wouldn't call it "brilliant"
avatar
Congrats guys!
avatar
I am following the news too and I am hearing some conflicting reporting saying that there is another alternative in addition to the 15 points or nothing where they go back to the original 9 points they asked. Can you confirm being from Italy.
avatar
I’m supposed to be studying but I’m constantly refreshing google for news on the sentence
avatar
until the end of the season I'm all for that I'm just saying long term it needs to be done
avatar
Tbh I think the "Allegri" 3-5-2 formation (which is actually 3-5-1-1, at least on paper) or a 3-4-3 formation would suit this squad better. Both Bremer and Danilo are playing better with three central defenders. In addition, Cuadrado and Kostic are wingbacks and not fullbacks. Using them as fullbacks in a 4-3-3 formation would not guarantee enough defensive stability and quality in my opinion. Especially Kostic is not that good defensively. If we want to play 4-3-3, we have to sign a LB who can defend. Tagliafico and Parisi are my top options. Cambiaso might do the job too, but I don't know whether he is good enough defensively. An attack consisting of Di Maria-Vlahovic-Chiesa looks very strong though!
avatar
With the salary he gets, this is below expectations. Team clearly can play but the idea of constantly playing deep and only reacting comes from him. I've had enough of not taking the games to the opponents and trouble them.
avatar
You are full of great ideas! I like Parisi from Empoli too
avatar
I think we should act quickly and bring Baldanzi on a Rovella type deal this summer where he goes back for a season to gain more experience. He is a massive talent coming out of Empoli so we should get him in before he explodes on the market. He could be a good trequartista for the future, in 24/25 when Di Maria should be leaving he could be very useful.
