We need to praise Maresca as well. We have a manager that realizes once a plan is not working, he makes the right changes. Tosin, Sancho, Nkunku..ALL great chsnges that helped turn the game in our favor massively. You have to play well or you will get taken off by the Boss...unless youre the Meteoric Super Cold Palmer 😂 but yeah I hope we keep improving like this and we have so many talents to change up dynamic of the game.

Cold Palmer the man oblivious to pressure I can admit the time we first bought him to me we basically bought Phil Fodens shadow, I thought he was someone we had to wait for like a year and a half maybe to watch as he adapts, the only difference he had between him and Havertz is that he played as the focal point of the team with so much ease and composure, his penalties is class, play making is class he doesn’t the strongest shots but can ease the ball in way cleaner then guys like Havertz and Isak. I think one flaw I have always had with him which isn’t much of a flaw now was his nonexistent position he constantly drifted around the 9, 8 and right wing spaces whilst enzo and Caicedo were also in their own space and players were far away to pass to, build up play in the midfield was nonexistent and we constantly got steamrolled even by relegation battle teams. He has the foundations to becoming one of the best 10s in football and I’m glad to still be alive to see it.

I dont think Im wrong in expecting us to pummel Crystal palace into the ground today despite or disastrous hiccup at Servette. We are unbeaten in 14 matches against them and we score goals for fun when we play them..especially at home. Then again this young team is showing early signs of inconsistency and being a bit shakier when playing at home so anything is possible.
