My aim is to turn Nordsjelland into the Danish Ajax. I'll base my team on the youth team without buying players with more than 20 years, I'll have a maximum of 5 players over 23, I'll look for young players in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Ghana. With this conditions I'd like to build a team able to fight for the national competitions every year and reach constantly the knockout rounds in the european cups.
