RTG with Crawley Town, have a lot (obviously) of loaned players with high potentials which are on 1-2 year loans with a view to buy option at the end from $400 - $800k. Didn't have the cash to buy many outright apart from Ozturk who is a gun at centre midfield. I know I haven't kept many original players in the first 11 but the team on had 23 players when I started and 4 where already on loan from other clubs.
