The tactics I am using are roughly based on Spurs' default tactics because they are the best I've used in kick-off and seasons. Just a slight change with the wingers, Muniain is doing the Eriksen role from the left, so everything balanced, except for Free Roam. Susaeta is just on stay wide and come back on defense. I also don't have my fullbacks on attacking because I find it's too easy to get counter-attacked.

Pretty reasonable goals to be very honest. Obviously youth expectation is the highest, and will probably be achieved, although I really don't like training players so we will wait and see what happens. I doubt they will sack me though. The brand exposure goal seems pretty easy, I'm surprised I haven't already completed it. I also thought that the board would want at least a quarter final run in the domestic cup, but oh well.
