Lifelike transfer campaign in Winter Sales 2017-2018:
Roma won't change anything in the GK position, Alisson is a great first and Skorupski can play well eventually. Lobont is a good flag.
On the left they're good with Kolarov for the present and Emerson Palmieri for the future. 
For the CB position Fazio, Manolas and Juan Jesus are OK, Moreno is linked with some clubs in liga (6 M) and Castan could go back in Brasil (5 M).
On the right back Florenzi is OK, Karsdorp is long-term injured, Peres could be sold for 10-12 M and Nura is good for the young team.
In the Midfield De Rossi is the captain, Strootman is good and Pellegrini is a young talented player. Gonalons is really slow and he apparently can't play in Italy, he can be sold for 6 M.
On the winger side, Perotti and El Shaarawi can play together. Defrel and Under are good on the RW.
For the COC position Nainggolan is really good and Schick can show his true potential. Gerson is really talented and can play even in a CM/CDM position or as a RW. Corlu is good for the young team.
Dzeko is a really good striker, but he needs a replacement for when is sick or injured.


Buying Campaign:
Mr.Pallotta could give 30M for the transfer, with 30 more M for the selling we start with a base of 60M.
30M could be invested in Josè Gimenez from Atletico Madrid, great CB and eventually RB. Monchi really like him and he was linked in past. 
Barella is the perfect player for this team, Roma could buy him for 15 M.
We should sell Defrel for 10M.
with the remaining 25M We need a good RW and a young striker, DiFrancesco loves lefted and fast right winger, Thauvin could be great (20M). Lautaro Martinez is a great 5M player and could be a crack.
