Omar Colley and Daniel Amartey have been included in the Gambia and Ghana squads for the AFCON 2023. Bakhtiyor Zaynutdinov and Tayyip Sanuc are expected to start at centre-back.
As Arthur Masuaku is at AFCON 2023 with DR Congo Umut Meras will start at left-back.
Alex Oxlade Chamberlain has suffered a torn thigh muscle and is not expected to feature for the remainder of the season. Amir Hadziahmetovic has also suffered an injury that will keep him out of contention for the remainder of the season so, Ege Tiknaz will start in midfield.
Salih Ucan is nursing an hamstring injury and was not included in the squad that faced Pendikspor. He will be assessed and if deemed unfit, Necip Uysal will deputise.
Emrecan Uzunhan is training with the team but lacks match fitness.
Vincent Aboubakar, who had been banished to the reserves, is with the Cameroon national team for the AFCON 2023.
