Young Manager T.Sofeso has been appointed to Wimbledon a team that was formed due to the controversial decision to move the original club Wimbledon FC to Milton Keyes. Since it's formation in 2002, Wimbledon have been promoted to League 1 from League 2 after winning the playoff games in the season 2015-16. The Wimbledon board has decided to sign upcoming manager T.Sofeso to bring creativity and fresh new ideas to the club.
After reviewing the squad, T.Sofeso has decided the positions he needs to strengthen and which players to buy and has highlighted GK,CB,RB,RM/RW and back-up LM. He has also decided to make sure that all players he buys are 26 and under, this is an attempt to make sure the squad is ready for the future.
When it comes down to formation and tactics, T.Sofeso has chosen the 4-2-3-1 and has set the following tactics. Wingers to stay up and drift wide while the striker should make runs in behind defenders and should stay in the middle of the pitch.
