RONNIE PICKERING
avatar
He might play CF if Jimenez still unavailable, but would imagine he’ll be first choice wide forward with Neto. Even more so now MGW gone.
avatar
Dennis, Johnson, Jlingz probably
avatar
Maybe because all the other big 6 clubs had a crisis? plus they gave us tons of pens.
avatar
ralf literallty came as interm manager out of generosity to help this car crash of a club and gets shitted on my this fanbase
avatar
My guess is ST with Hwang moving to the bench..
avatar
I don’t really know I think Maupay wil start, and the battle between Undav and Welbeck will be interesting I think potter will try them out both and whichever does better will start more
avatar
Yes, most likely for this weekend.
avatar
Guaita will start the season as first choice and it’ll depend how he’s playing. I would’ve said Mateta at the end of last season but Edouard starting the last preseason friendly leads me to believe he’ll start the first match. Vieira will probably go with who’s hot between those 2. Zaha-Edouard/Mateta-Ayew/Olise (when healthy) Schlupp-Eze Doucoure Mitchell-Guehi-Anderson-Ward/Clyne Guaita
avatar
Pickford—Patherson—Godfrey—keane—tarkowski—mykolenko Gueye—doucure Gordon—calvert lewin—Dwight Mcneil Rotate doucure With Allan and keane with mina Sry if i spelled the names wrong. English is not my first language
avatar
Maybe, Almiron has had a very good preseason though
avatar
I think that: Fabianski (Areola) Cresswell / Ogbonna / Zouma / Coufal (Ben Johnson) Benrahma (LM) / Rice / Fornals (CAM) / Soucek / Bowen (RM) Antonio (Scamacca) but if they hire a left back winger, the scenario changes.
avatar
Pope Trippier Schar Botman Targett Willock Bruno Joelinton Miggy Wilson ASM
avatar
Probably like this: Martinez Cash Carlos Mings Digne McGinn Kamara Luiz Bailey Coutinho Watkins I'd say that would be accurate but perhaps Ramsey over Luiz and perhaps Chambers/Konsa over Mings. Personally I'd like to see Bailey, Buendia and Coutinho all on the pitch (maybe in a 4-2-3-1) but Gerrard doesn't seem capable as manager of doing that seeing as we've never seen it. Just as long as he doesn't go 4-3-1-2 with Ings and Watkins both starting then I'll be content.
avatar
Foden will play more than Jack. It’s just that he wasn’t available during pree season so he’s started slowly. Hopefully Dias and Stones partnership comes back this season. Or tho Ake is extremely underrated, the Dias-Stones duo is our best one! Alvarez will be our super sub I feel. He probably will start some games on the right wing but won’t be a regular starter....yet!
avatar
Can see Azpi instead of Chalobah if Azpi stays. Otherwise accurate
avatar
This is definitely not going to happen. Martínez will be played at cb, VDB not gonna start and Bruno is not going to play as a winger.
avatar
Cool username
avatar
thats realistic but only 10 players, add james and it seems accurate
avatar
I think Lenglet won't start immediately even though he looked solid in pre-season. Davies probably starts over Lenglet imo.
avatar
bro you only won 2 trophies and they were domestic cups, calm yurself.
avatar
Bro, he adapted to Villa very well, what screwed him was that horrible injury. He never was the same after that.
avatar
Point me towards one that is?? We legit don't care about the result lol

Was amazing in FIFA 17

That's the problem the Irish league has very little money, my local team Cork City won the title in 2017 and in 2020 due to financial problems the club was relegated. It doesn't help that the FAI was run very corrupt, there is a book called "Champagne football" about John Delaney the man who was running the FAI and all the wrong doings he did but if you don't or can't get that book HITC Sevens made a video on YouTube about the topic The league also doesn't get televised enough to grow, the RTÉ only shows at most 10 - 15 games a season which is horrible to think that our own television services won't show the league. The only bright side is that Brexit has happened which means that Irish players can't go to the UK to play until they are atleast 18 which is one of the reasons why there is now a lot more talent playing in the league then 10 years ago. I would also love to see the national team beat the English, but honestly watching any team beat them makes me happy
avatar
It's obvious that Sinisterra is a better and more prolific player than Antony with nearly double the amount of goals and assists, whereas the latter, oddly enough, is rated three points higher on both his overall rating and potential. The favouritism towards Ajax never ceases to amaze me.
avatar
I have been presented with no facts
avatar
Defenitely haven’t watched him play for norwich this season
avatar
He’s got so much talent. If he moves to a prem club for next season he will bang
avatar
Spoke into existence
avatar
Yes they should , nearly being relegated is exactly why they should be asking for a lot of money
avatar
Why are some football fans so entitled 🙄
avatar
Imagine This is Barcelona thinking problem. They think they are entitled to everything under the sun.
avatar
I think United should hire Raphinha instead of Antony, because I think Raphinha would be cheaper and he is already a player used to the premier league but I also think Raphinha is more complete than Antony.
avatar
Probably Middle-east club or Asian club who can match his wage demand. But it is reported that he got personal issues going on.
avatar
good explanation, thank you!!
avatar
EA heard me I guess ahaha
avatar
Dalot is a very coachable player and has a high ceiling, even in such a disjointed and shit team he isn't doing bad, on the ball he is comfortable and very press resistant, not to mention that positionally. He is versatile and can play as an inverted RB or a wing back. He is weak at 1v1s tho and his crossing isn't what it used to be under Mourinho but these things can improve with experience, especially the latter.
avatar
A basque salutes you.
avatar
Idah & Omobamidele are both injured at the moment, Conor Coventry, Jayson Molumby and Ronan Curtis are playing well. McNally at Oxford and O'Hora at MKDons are both in great form at the moment.
avatar
Ah fair
avatar
His last name is Basque so clearly he has some ancestry there and he grew up in Navarre which is traditionally considered part of the Basque homelands. He was in Osasuna’s academy until 11 so you could argue he qualifies via the academy rule for Athletic that way, some people may see that as a stretch. There were rumours that Athletic wanted to sign him while he was at Monaco, so that would clearly mean he would have been eligible, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen official confirmation of those rumours. So is he basque? Probably Is he eligible for Athletic? Probably
avatar
Probably hoever just because I don't think jonny can play a full game yet
avatar
Honestly just use a 3-4-3 with Cordoba as the wingback
avatar
why is sofascore so biased towards him? 7.59 average rating for Ligue 1 with 10 g/a in 15 games, while Mbappe have 21 G/A in 23 games and a 7.53. Also, most of the games people say he was shite he gets a easy 7.3-7.8
avatar
No
avatar
Pictures of him back in training yesterday, so very likely but I don't want us to rush him and injure him again. Such an important player, and we have much more important matches than Brentford coming up
avatar
Back in training so reckon he will start yes. Big boost for us
avatar
From known past information, yes, he should be but of course we need to wait for official confirmation. Hopefully, I don't feel secure at the back without him tbf.
avatar
Muito parecido com o que eu fiz mano.
avatar
No Watkins out wide with Ings as the front man isn't working out well, I'm sure the front 3 will be: Coutinho - Watkins/Ings - Buendia
avatar
Even if occasionally his defensive play can be debatable, he has still set the standard for full backs since he broke onto the scene, going forward he will be referenced in debates reguarding the best attacking full backs. Set assist record in prem (by a big margain) then broke it the following season before he'd turned 21. He is the best attacking full back in world football, no question
avatar
If I have to be honest about it, I really don't think that pocchetino will be a good signing, bc I don't see how he can turn things around as it is today, no I am possibly sure we need a new manager who is unknown, but what do you guys think, what does there need to be done ?
avatar
Players get stitches on head cuts and just get it wrapped up, I’d assume so. Obviously if it was really bad he’d get rested but all we saw was blood on a sock so I couldn’t tell u
avatar
That game vs FC Astana in Europa group stage 2 seasons ago he put in a encouraging performance. Shame he didn’t get more chances to build from that.
avatar
Wow, didn’t know some of these
avatar
wtf lmao
avatar
I really don't know because we've recalled Sanderson so I don't know if he's going to start or be back up just in case someone gets injured we also recalled Giles so maybe that means what you said with playing marcal at cb and Giles being back up to ait Nouri but I pretty sure boly hasn't gone to afcon so he'll probably play but boly is made of glass so he'll probably get injured and dendoncker is better as a cm although he hasn't played there under bruno and bruno has made coady and saiss look unbelievable this season so maybe he can do it with dendoncker aswell. Ive just seen that we've recalled toti Gomes aswell so that's another option but I think we're going to loan him back to grasshoppers at the end of the window. unless he's playing every game then he'll stay
