Maignan, Nkunku, Coman, Diaby and many more, these are all players from PSG's youth. This is actually insane and letting them go is or was the main reason imo why they don't succeed on the highest level like in the CL. They spend so much for the big names like Neymar, Messi, Ramos etc. who only (let's be honest) go to PSG for the money without any ambitions to contribute something great to the club. And on the other side they let their own so talented players from their academy go who could actually play for the badge and not only for the money. Keeping these players and build and actual team with an identity where the big names don't matter instead of buying super stars who are past their primes anyways would be smarter in every aspect, financially, for the club identity and on the long term also for the success on the pitch.

They've utilized three different formations, fielded players well out of position, and in the 10 games since the start of January, nine of those games have featured four or more changes to the starting xi from the previous game. How is ANYONE supposed to shine in a team that jumbled up? Top four isn't likely this season. Major outgoings are needed this summer to cull the herd. Graham Potter needs to pick a squad and stick with it for a while. Make the odd change here or there. He'll never figure out how to use this squad if he's trying to use all of them all at once. And make no mistake - this is entirely on Todd Boehly, he's the reason you're in this situation. Same with FSG for why my club, Liverpool, are in the spot we're in - but for opposite reasons.
