You don't nescesary need a physically imposing DM honestly, there are tall registas... but most of them are playing in the EPL at an over-inflated price to adquire, so Scalvini is a good prospect for the future.

As I said, he's a very interesting solution. I'm not convinced by his playmaking abilities but he's 2003 so he can still improve a lot and doesn't seem to have any attitudinal problem. Another point in his favore Is that he can play in multiple positions effectively.

Getting a striker might be a bit more complicated than we think, i mean, we have 3 very young strikers on loan that will come back after this season is over, sure, all of them are nowhere near at the level of guys like Giroud, but, as how it has happened with many other players so far in this squad, we don't know if any of them would become a baller with time and experience. Unless if Rebic and Origi leaves for the next season, i don't see us investing on a new, top class striker soon.

I would preffer Scamacca due to his clinical efficientcy in comparason with Ekitike, not to mention, his capabilities can suit Pioli's tactics and he is already a proven striker in the Serie A. He could pretty much be Giroud's replacement when his contract ends the next year. Plus, the Italian nationality is a plus for the UCL competitions.

Thuram on a free deal seems like a typical Maldini deal. We would also have more money to spend to get Szobo and Brahim. And honestly I wouldn't let go CDK just yet. We would have Okafor and Leao on the left, Szobo in the middle, Brahim and Saelemaekers on the right and CDK who can play everywhere in the attacking phase

We are at the semis guys... whatever happens afterwards is up to fate, but in my eyes, this squad of players did far and beyond of what it was expected from them. And i couldn't be more proud of these players, the manager and the people behind running this institution, is not perfect by all means, but these are the greatest times that this club had in more than a decade. Every single person including their moms understimated and writted off this team on the first chance, we shouldn't had past from our group stage, we should had lost against Spurs and we should had lost against Napoli, and yet, here we are. The "experts" and stadistics will claim that we will not pass from the Semis regardless of who we face and that there's a 5% chance to win this UCL. Most of you didn't watch Milan in a CL final before and it shows. Potentially going to the final and having that hope of actually winning is much more worth it than just qualify yearly just to be out by the quarter finals. We got lucky with the draw this year and we might as well go for it. Even if we dramatically lose to Napoli we are still in a good position to salvage our Serie A season.
