Italian serie B club Como has assigned former PSV youth coach Giovanni Teunissen as their headcoach for the upcoming two seasons. It will be a huge challange for Teunissen as this will be his first time managing a profesional team.

Goals:
-1st Season: Finish top 10
-2nd Season: promotion to Serie A

I will try to keep this career mode as realistic as possible using certain rules for signing and selling players aswel as using limited development plans.

Every season there will be an updated squad on sofifa including all new signings and updated player ratings and stats. I also will be updating all player 2D pics.

The first summer transfer window will be disallowed since it already happened in real life.

At the start of the career mode I updated some of the player ratings based on real life performances. (I am playing on console so I can’t update potential).
